The National Wildlife Federation Action Fund & Green Drinks NYC Mixer

Although food-based fuels were intended to protect our environment, over-farming of corn and soy for ethanol and biodiesel have damaged our air, water and land, and threaten wildlife. Sustainable alternatives have the potential to protect the remaining native prairie habitats that monarch butterflies, bees and other wildlife depend on!
WHEN: Monday, September 24th, 6:00—9:00pm
WHERE: The Delancey rooftop, 168 Delancey Street, New York, NY (map)
WHO: The National Wildlife Federation Action Fund in partnership with Green Drinks NYC
Refreshments will be provided (appetizers and one free drink ticket per person).
Can’t make it? You can still help by sending a message to Congress in support of wildlife-friendly alternatives to corn and soy biofuels.
